How to Make Classic Crispy Grilled Cheese On The Stovetop

Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread (white, whole wheat, sourdough—your choice)
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, or your favorite melting cheese)
- Butter or mayonnaise (for spreading)
Instructions:

Preheat the Pan:
Heat a skillet or non-stick pan over medium-low heat. This ensures the bread toasts evenly without burning before the cheese melts. -
Prepare the Bread:
Spread butter or mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread. (Mayonnaise creates a crispier crust!) -
Assemble the Sandwich:
